- Weight Rules: Every passenger and their luggage are strictly weighed before boarding. If an individual exceeds 80 kg, surcharges of ₹150 per kg are charged. The weight of each passenger will be calculated individually and will not be offset with other passengers in the group.
- Infant Rule: The weight of the infant is to be calculated with the accompanying passenger. If it exceeds 80 Kg, then an extra weight charge will be applicable accordingly.
- Shorty Rule: Per shorty, only two children and two infants can be accommodated. This means in one shorty, two children, two infants, and four adults can travel, and that will also depend on the weight limit of the helicopter.
- Ticket Limits: A single user account can book 2 tickets per transaction with a maximum of 6 passengers per ticket, which means from one account, you can book a maximum of 12 passengers.
- Age Rule: Children over 2 years old require separate tickets with the full adult price. And infants under 2 years can travel free on a parent’s lap.
