Cancellation Policy

  • ✔ Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund
  • ✔ Partial Refund:
    • 3–7 days before check-in → 50% refund
  • ❌ No Refund:
    • Less than 72 hours before check-in
    • No-show or early checkout

Refund Policy

  • 💳 Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • ⏳ Processing time: 5–7 working days
  • 💰 Any payment gateway charges may be deducted
  • 🔁 In case of failed transactions, refunds are initiated automatically

Date Change / Rescheduling

  • 🔄 One-time rescheduling allowed if requested at least 5 days before check-in
  • 📅 Subject to room availability and price difference (if any)
  • ❌ Not applicable on last-minute bookings

Special Conditions

  • 🏔 During peak season / Kedarnath Yatra/festivals, cancellation terms may be stricter
  • ⚠ In case of natural calamities, road closures, or government restrictions, flexible rescheduling may be offered (no guaranteed refund)
